Overview
See how Insion connects content decisions, account actions, webhooks, and appeals across marketplaces, communities, SaaS, AI, and public services.
Build moderation around the way your product works
Every product has different content, risks, and response paths. A marketplace may need to hold a listing before publication. A support platform may need to mask an attachment without interrupting the ticket. A learning product may need to preserve a submission for an educator even when it is flagged.
Insion gives those workflows a shared foundation: configurable rules, immediate and background moderation, retained decisions, account controls, protection, and optional appeals. Start with one content flow, validate the results in test mode, and extend the same approach as your product grows.

Regulated and public-facing services
From content to product action
Send each item with the identifier and context your application already understands. Insion evaluates it against your active rules, stores the result, and makes the decision available to your application and dashboard.
| You provide | Insion returns | Your product decides |
|---|---|---|
| Content and the relevant user and product context | A compliant or flagged result with the rules that matched | Whether to publish, hold, mask, remove, or review the item |
| Content evaluated in the background | A status update when the decision is ready | How the owning workflow handles the change |
| A user connected to moderated content | Account-status updates based on your configured threshold | Which product-access restrictions to enforce |
Test mode lets you evaluate real content without emitting moderation webhooks or changing user status. When you are ready, configure the flagged-record threshold for automatic suspension, protect accounts that require manual handling, and enable appeals if suspended users should be able to request review.
